Meet Your Presenters

Ilya Lyubimskiy

Ilya is the founder and managing attorney of Premier Legacy Law. Ilya is knowledgeable and experienced in estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and business formation planning. He takes pride in helping his clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and probate with expert guidance and compassion. Ilya is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed legacy planning and estate administration decisions. He regularly presents on various legal topics within the legacy planning and estate administration realms.

Ilya completed his undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University of Colorado, where he received his accounting degree. He completed his law degree at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Ilya enjoys spending his free time with his wife and fur babies.

Mollie Lehman

Mollie joined MassMutual Colorado in 2018 with a desire to advocate for her clients to help them achieve their personal and professional financial dreams. Having grown up in her family business, Mollie is passionate about providing education and implementing specific strategies and solutions that support clients’ financial goals. She believes a properly thought out and managed financial plan curates a life well lived. As an advisor, Mollie found her path to leverage her experiences, education, and relationship building skills to challenge people in meeting their financial goals. Her primary focus is working with executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, and families around protection and wealth building strategies.

Prior to her career in the financial services industry, Mollie worked primarily in the sports industry where she served in the CFO capacity. She acquired her Masters In Business Administration at CU Denver in 2007. She completed her undergraduate work at Binghamton University (NY) on a softball scholarship where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.

Mollie is passionate about her family and community. She lives in the Denver Metro area with her wife and son. She has served as a Board Member to Special Olympics Colorado. In her spare time she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, running, and spending time with family and friends. She has completed the Boston Marathon twice.
